Wood Advent is a leading nature-friendly farm in the heart of the Exmoor National Park, producing sustainable, delicious, organic food carefully and sustainably. With one of the largest agroforestry projects in the UK, heritage and population grains, a large native breed of Red Devon cattle (and the occasional marauding pig...) Wood Advent has been transformed, with the help of 84,000 trees planted in the last three years, into a farm of the future, based firmly on the wisdom and techniques of the generations that came before us.
Our strategy is simple. If it doesn't help battle climate change, boost biodiversity, support soil health or, crucially, produce nutritious, delicious food, we don't do it.
