Toronto's First Post Office

Operated by nonprofit charity the Town of York Historical Society, Toronto's First Post Office is a museum, National Historic Site, stationery gift shop, community hub, and Canada's oldest purpose-built post office still in operation. We host events that promote the early history of the Town of York and Toronto, writing, stationery crafts, workshops, paper fairs, walking tours, and more.
