The core mission of this comedy venture is to empower marginalized voices and foster inclusivity within the comedy industry. For too long, comedy has been dominated by a narrow set of perspectives that fail to capture the full richness of human experience. This business seeks to counter that trend by providing a platform for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, and other underrepresented groups to share their unique comedic talents.

At its heart, comedy is about building connections and spreading joy. By showcasing diverse comics, we aim to build empathy and community across differences. Laughter has an unparalleled power to bring people together despite their backgrounds. Our shows offer a fun, judgment-free space where everyone can feel welcomed, accepted, and celebrated for who they are.

We believe representation matters, on stage and behind the scenes. That's why we actively seek out and hire marginalized comics, and prioritize diversity in our staffing as well. The end goal is an inclusive environment where all voices can thrive.

While our focus is on empowerment, the comedy still comes first. We curate talented, original acts that appeal to universal human truths. The fact that these perspectives have historically been overlooked makes them all the more fresh and exciting to audiences hungry for something new.

At its best, comedy reveals our shared hopes, struggles, and absurdities. It reminds us we have far more in common than that which divides us. It brings catharsis through laughter, and motivates positive change. Our organization pursues this vision.
