My main mission in life is to help people to become extraordinary leaders and create a world-class business and life.

Over the past seventeen years, I have been leading teams within international environments and worked in senior marketing roles for various industries from financial services to higher education, luxury fashion, tourism, and entertainment.

Working with global brands such as Universal Music, American Express, Royal Caribbean and more, I learnt to be inclusive throughout my communication, foster collaboration, create connection and inspire teams every day to share a common purpose.

As a brain-based and leadership coach, I guide my clients to find clarity on their purpose, define success and create a meaningful business and life. I work with various frameworks and proven strategies in a brain friendly way and ultimately create changes that last.

In my coaching style, I work with the logical and intellect but also with emotions, instinct, and on a somatic level. My trainings in mindfulness, dance and sacred feminine training bring a different depth to my coaching approach.
