The Institute of Postcolonial Studies
The Institute of Postcolonial Studies (IPCS) is an autonomous public education, research, and creative project, now led by First Nations scholars and community organisers and supported by a community of diasporic and racialised scholars, artists, and activists.
Established in 1996, IPCS holds an unwavering commitment to intellectual and creative work that advances anti-colonial and anti-racist perspectives and struggles. IPCS aims to (re)create a world beyond colonial racial capitalism through Indigenous sovereignty, connection, creativity and intellectual curiosity.
