The Fabric Folk

The Fabric Folk

The Fabric Folk is a creative textile reuse collective on a mission to keep fabric out of landfill and in loving hands. We run fun, hands-on workshops that teach sewing, darning, and mending skills for all ages and abilities — helping communities reconnect with the joy of making and repairing.

Whether you’re picking up a needle for the first time or brushing up on forgotten skills, our events are welcoming, empowering, and rooted in sustainability. Each session supports a future where nothing gets wasted, one stitch at a time.
