Spectrum Specialist Consultancy Ltd is fronted by Dr Fiona Gullon-Scott, a Chartered Psychologist and HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist with 30 years specialist experience working clinically with and researching autism, and in recent years expanding to ADHD. Alongside her Consultancy, Dr Gullon-Scott is a Senior Lecturer with Newcastle University Clinical Psychology Doctoral Programme, Director of Newcastle University Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service, and Patron with Hope GB autism charity in Wales and Asperger East Anglia in Norwich.
Whilst Spectrum's core focus is neurodivergence, broader areas of interest include other mental health issues pertaining to neglected groups such as secondary traumatic stress in digital forensic investigators, systems generated trauma, and work around policy and practice relating to disabled families.
Spectrum Specialist Consultancy Ltd works to support and promote increased awareness and understanding of mental health issues, neurodivergence, disability rights, trauma and systems generated trauma, and related issues.
