Sally Reid
I’m Sally Reid, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, supervisor, and educator specialising in complex trauma and neurodiversity. With a background in body–mind psychotherapy, EMDR, and creative approaches to therapy, I have spent many years supporting children, young people, and adults through experiences of trauma, anxiety, autism, ADHD, and other challenges. Alongside clinical practice, I’ve lectured and trained therapists in the UK and internationally.
The Events I Host - I design and deliver professional training and workshops for therapists that bring together theory and practice. My events focus on creative, embodied, and affirming approaches to psychotherapy, often highlighting the intersection of neurodiversity and trauma. Sessions are practical, experiential, and rooted in evidence-based knowledge, giving attendees strategies they can confidently use in their work.
My Mission - My mission is to equip therapists with confidence, creativity, and compassion so they can provide safe, affirming, and effective support for children and young people. I am passionate about ensuring that therapeutic spaces embrace neurodiversity, honour individuality, and empower both clients and practitioners.
