In our live online classes you will learn Milk Street techniques and theories that extend beyond the recipes. You’ll learn why recipes work, not just how to follow them. Classes are taught by teachers who help develop our recipes and have years of experience with both in-person and online learning.

During live online cooking classes, you can ask questions of the teacher and other students and cook along (if you like). After class you will receive a recording of the class with all of the class questions and answers, recipes and links to other materials.
