Manny Ibiayo
Manny is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), with over 35 years’ experience across local and central government – and an emotional intelligence practioner. He has held senior finance and policy roles in major UK departments including the Ministry of Justice, DWP, HMRC, BEIS, and DESNZ, where he served as Deputy Director of Finance and Head of Finance Profession.
Manny now leads F5 (www.f5innovation.com), a consultancy that informs, influences, and inspires public sector leaders through training, mentoring, and emotional intelligence development. F5 is an appointed Crown Commercial service supplier.
