Louise Keyes at Newcastle Counselling
I am a counsellor and late-diagnosed AuDHDer. I work alongside adults who identify as ADHDers, autistic or AuDHDers and adults who are dealing with stress and anxiety in their lives. I help build self-confidence, self-esteem, self-knowledge and self-compassion through counselling and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique.
I set up Newcastle Counselling in 2015 and see people either in person in Gosforth in my room at the Regent Centre or online.
I set up The ADHD Café in 2025. It meets monthly and is an opportunity for adults, identifying as having ADHD, to meet others who "get it" in a small group setting. Despite its name, this doesn't meet in a public café but in my counselling room which has dimmable lights, fidget tools and is set up for comfort, connection and conversation.
I like random facts - so a couple of random facts about me: my absolute favourite colour is blue, I have loads of hobbies and am a master of none and I am a member of The Cloud Appreciation Society.
