Hey, I’m David – founder of Lifted Training. My work is rooted in the belief that physical strength and mental resilience go hand in hand. With a background in boxing and a Level 4 Personal Training certification, I design sessions that don’t just work your body – they sharpen your focus, build confidence, and help you move with purpose. I bring energy, intention, and creativity to every session, combining technical skill with flow-based movement to keep things fresh and fully engaging. Whether it’s a community run, a strength session, or mobility work, the goal is always the same: to help you feel strong, capable, and more connected – both physically and mentally.
