Lean In Network | Netherlands Randstad is the official network affiliated to leanin.org in The Netherlands. We aim to bring to life Lean In's mission of Women's advancement in a locally relevant way.
Some of our programms are:
Lean In circles: small groups of like-minded individuals that get together once a month to exchange views, learn from each other and seek peer mentorship. Here you learn something new at every session, you help each other and you commit to one action every month. This micro-action model makes Lean In unique and drives real action for real change.50 ways to fight bias: our new program to train you on unconscious bias, how they hold us back and how to get rid of them.Capability building: bi-monthy events, where you'll learn new skills from leading experts.Circles Factory: quarterly events to show you what Lean IN circles are, by simulating one session and helping you find the perfect match for you.Yearly conference: Get inspired by a line up of thought leaders, exchange ideas, learn new skills in our workshops and grow your network in this full day of inspiration.Business advisory: We accompany business partners on their D&I quest, helping them turn strategies into actions, by launching and leveraging our programs and research.
