For over a decade, I’ve been crafting food from scratch, hosting events, and teaching in Howard County, with a deep commitment to honoring culture, creativity, and community wellness. As a farmer, educator, cook, and organizer, I take pride in nourishing others ... through hands-on workshops, seasonal gatherings, and stories rooted in land and legacy.
