Isabel Fonseca

I’m an ICF-Certified Career & Leadership Coach and the founder of Nextfem Leaders, where we help women lead with confidence, authenticity, and impact without losing themselves or their wellbeing in the process.

My coaching is rooted in my own decade-long transformation after losing my mother, a journey that led me to realign my life, shift careers, move abroad, and reconnect with my intuition, mindset, and feminine energy.

I support women, especially those who are introverted, sensitive, kind, or spiritual to navigate corporate environments with clarity and confidence, increase their visibility, break through internal barriers, and step into leadership roles that feel aligned and sustainable. I also partner with organisations to develop female leaders who create meaningful business impact.

I host the Nextfem Leaders Podcast, sharing weekly tools and insights for conscious, ambitious women who want to lead with purpose and wellbeing.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 13+ years in Finance & Risk Management at PwC, Allianz, and NN Group across Uruguay, Ireland, and the Netherlands. I’ve coached women at ABN Amro, Rabobank, Adyen, Allianz, PwC, NGOs, and B Corps.

My approach blends strategy, mindset, and conscious leadership practices to create lasting, authentic empowerment.
