Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre

Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC) is the main north London Buddhist centre of the New Kadampa Tradition. We offer weekly meditation classes at the Centre and at over 20 other venues in and around London. The classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators. We also provide meditation day courses at the Centre, and weekend retreats away from London. Everyone is welcome.
