I am passionate about supporting busy people to take control of their health and wellbeing through healing their relationship with food. With increasing life demands and pressures, often food is the easiest and quickest 'support' that we find ourselves reaching for. However, soon we come to realise that the food choices we make, often subconsciously, but in desperation, are causing us more problems. We feel trapped and unable to break free from a life long habit of using food to cope. After experiencing my own health 'wake up call', I am now on a mission to share a unique, flexible and sustainable framework that I discovered and which has kept me well, happy and free for the last 5 years. My energy levels have increased, my joy has returned and physically I am able to do far more than when I was in my 30's. I host free Webinars for people serious about making lasting changes to their health status through changing their eating habits and the way they relate to food and eating.
