Fermentation Heaven is a Hong Kong-based curator of Korea’s finest artisan liquors. Founded by a certified traditional alcohol sommelier and brewer, we specialize in introducing small-batch, fermentation-forward Korean drinks—like Artisan Makgeolli and Traditional Soju—to global tastemakers.

From Michelin-level restaurant pairings to cultural festivals like Taste SOOL: the First Sip (Korean Traditional Liquor Festival), we work closely with Korea’s most respected brewers to bring their craft to life overseas. Our mission is to break the outdated perception of Korean alcohol and celebrate it as a sophisticated, living heritage.
