Feodor Kouznetsov is a certified breathwork expert, Toltec breathing master, and author, with over 3,000 hours of personal practice since January 2016. He is the creator of Formula.life, a unique breathing method developed through years of study, teaching, and lived experience. Feodor invested over £100,000 to develop the Formula.life mobile app and a similar amount to launch it at Brighton’s iconic i360 in 2018.
