Emotional First Aid Ltd is a training and education company, focussed on providing quality and affordable learning resources specially designed improve learners emotional intelligence and self awareness, with the aim of creating cultures that are emotionally safe and connected.

We do this by providing a range of different products, from face to face training courses, online webinars and eLearning courses. Our content is designed to be thought provoking, engaging and inspiring, with a focus on helping people to learn not just how to but just as importantly why they need to prioritise their own emotional wellbeing, so they are in the best possible position to support the people around them.

We aim to show a different way of addressing emotional distress, one that unlocks our human superpowers of compassion, curiosity and creativity.
