British MahaBodhi Society

The British MahaBodhi Society (BMBS) was established in London by Anagarika Dharmapala in 1926 to “extend the knowledge of the tenets of Buddhism, the establishment of a Vihara and the promotion of the cause of Buddhism in the West.”
