AHT will also be working alongside other beautiful therapist & space holders to collaborate and bring varied healing events locally in Bracknell and even further afield in different destinations :)

Since qualifying as Yoga Guide in 2021 this journey has gone from strength to strength and growing into Yoga Nidra & Sound Meditation sesssions.. Whereby Regular monthly classes are held for 90minutes.
