Abraham Ling
He became a full-time artist in 2019, inspired by the ancient practice of wood firing in Ipoh, Malaysia. Within a year of independent exploration, he designed an Aquagama kiln, reviving a nearly forgotten technique rooted in the elemental interplay of fire and water.
Influenced by nature and his travels through endangered cultures, he works primarily with local wild clay and reclaimed earth. Each piece is shaped entirely by hand, reflecting a commitment to both tradition and sustainability.
His works are held in private collections internationally.
