NEUROBUSINESS CIC

NeuroBusiness CIC is a neurodivergent-led organisation working across South Wales to support neurodivergent people to live more fulfilling lives. Our approach is simple but intentional. We meet people where they are, listen first, and work alongside them to access the support they want and need, at a pace that works for them. We recognise that there is no single pathway, and that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, respected, and supported as whole humans. Our work spans employment, entrepreneurship, volunteering, training, and community life, with a strong emphasis on connection and belonging. We understand that wellbeing, confidence, and feeling part of something are foundational to long-term outcomes, not optional extras. Alongside our one-to-one and group support, we create spaces like the Neurodiversity Network, where lived experience and professional practice come together through conversation, shared learning, and reflection. These spaces help shape more inclusive practice, while offering connection and understanding for those involved. At NeuroBusiness, we believe in creating environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
