Cured and Smoked
After having been a monger of cheese and fine booze for a number of years I decided it was time to put my hand to production. So I set up Cured and Smoked to produce cold-smoked salmon. However, apparently I cannot let go of cheese and booze; hence organising some tastings. And, yes, there will be cold-smoked salmon to try at all of my tastings. Manish
