I am the founder of Tru Direction Business Coaching, where I empower entrepreneurs, leaders, and business owners to move from where they are to where they want to be through clear, strategic, and actionable plans aligned with their Tru Direction.

With over 25 years of hands-on business experience, I bring real-world credibility to my coaching. I have worked across sales, marketing, leadership, and operations, including nearly 15 years in radio advertising helping companies grow through strategic messaging and revenue-focused marketing. I also spent more than two decades inside my family’s bakery and café business, wearing nearly every operational hat and helping transform challenges into profitable, sustainable growth.

I understand firsthand that running a business can feel isolating. I provide a trusted space for business owners to think clearly, talk through decisions, and gain the clarity and confidence needed to move forward with intention.

Guided by my core values of clarity, strategy, accountability, integrity, growth, and empowerment, I am passionate about helping business owners build profitable, purposeful, and sustainable businesses.

When I'm not coaching, you will likely find me among the trees in one of Ohio's many forest, drawing inspiration from nature, animals, and art places where clarity and perspective come naturally.
