Ms Olufunmilayo Olode Fashola is a qualified educator, lecturer, and applied psychology practitioner with extensive experience across education, wellbeing, and multi-agency support services. She holds a BA (Hons), PGCE, and MSc in Psychology, is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS), and works as a psychological coach.
Her professional background spans classroom teaching, higher education lecturing, and applied psychological practice, with specialist expertise in supporting children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, and educational challenges. Alongside her academic career, she works as an Assistant Educational Psychologist (AEP) and is trained as a Children’s Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (CYP-WP), delivering targeted interventions for children at risk of exclusion, living in residential care, or accessing alternative education provision.
As Wellbeing Lead at Twilight Therapy & Training Solutions Ltd, Ms Fashola oversees a registered children’s short-break and educational support service. Her role includes coordinating tailored tuition, systemic family support, and motivational interventions, all underpinned by trauma-informed and CBT-based approaches that support children to build resilience, develop essential skills, and achieve positive outcomes.
In addition, she works as a consultant, delivering parental intervention workshops, professional seminars, and conference talks, sharing practical strategies that help families and professionals overcome barriers related to wellbeing, behaviour, and learning.
Ms Fashola has extensive experience collaborating with schools, families, local authorities, and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring consistent, outcome-focused support pathways. With a strong foundation in psychology and criminology, her passion lies in bridging education and wellbeing—empowering disadvantaged young people, families, and adults to thrive.
With a broad interest in Educational and Occupational psychological coaching, her current work focuses on helping individuals translate their passions into sustainable careers, while maintaining strong wellbeing across whichever professional path they choose.
