Organizing an event
Create a recurring or timed entry event in Eventbrite's new recurring event experience
Eventbrite's new recurring event tools let you create events with multiple time slots per day across multiple dates. Use this to make timed entry events or events that repeat across multiple dates. To get started, create a new event and set the date to Recurring event. Then go to Manage dates and times to add dates and time slots to your event.
NOTE: This feature is only available for organizers in the United States or Canada. If you're not in the United States or Canada, follow these steps instead to create a recurring event.

Eventbrite's new recurring event experience is great for:
Events that repeat on a regular schedule, like twice a week or every month
Events with multiple times of entry, like a tour that happens every 30 minutes from 10 AM - 2 PM
This experience is not ideal for:
Events that occur once with one entrance time
Multi-day events where each attendee registers once to get access to the entire event
Series of events that occur at different locations with different activities
Events that need more than 500 time slots. This is the current max amount.

Set up dates and time slots
Each recurring event has dates, which are the days your event occurs on, and time slots within those dates
1. Go to "Manage dates and times."
2. Select "Add a date" and choose your date(s).
Under Add dates and times, select the dates you'd like to add. Fill out the following:
Start date: The first date you'd like to add.
Repeats: How frequently you would like your event to reoccur.
End date: The last date you'd like to add.
NOTE: You can add dates multiple times, even after your event is live. If you accidentally add any dates you don't need, you'll be able to remove them as well.
3. Add time slot(s).
Under Time, choose either:
Single time: Create a single time slot for this day.
Multiple times: Create multiple time slots for this day.
Then enter each time slot's start and end time. If you picked Multiple times, select +Add a time slot to create a new time slot.
4. Optional: Bulk create time slots.
After you've selected Multiple times, you can create multiple time slots at once by selecting Generate time slots.
Then, update the following:
Start time: When the first time slot starts.
End time: When the last time slot ends.
Time slots repeat every: How often your time slots repeat.
Time slot duration: How long each time slot lasts. By default, this is until the next time slot starts.
When you've updated your settings, select Preview time slots. This will let you change, remove, or add additional time slots.
5. Save your changes.
After you save your changes, Manage dates and times will show your created time slots.
Select a date to view its time slots in more detail. You can:
Select Edit time to change its times.
Select Delete date to remove the entire date.

Go to Events .
Search and select your recurring event.
Event dashboard
Each time slot shown on your recurring event overview has its own dashboard. This dashboard shows information about that specific time slot, such as ticket count and recent orders.
