View and share ticket count reports
You can see ticket counts and sales for live events in the same view on the Reports page. To get started, go to Reports and select "Ticket count". Then enable the "Show Ticket Types" toggle to see more information or click "View and share cross-org" to share the report.

3. Select "Ticket Counts".

NOTE: This feature is available for Eventbrite Music customers only. Eventbrite is not currently accepting new customers to Eventbrite Music, or adding Eventbrite Music to existing customer accounts.
1. Go to Manage my Events.
Log in to your Eventbrite account and select Manage my events from your account menu.
2. Go to your Reports workspace.
From the left navigation menu, select the Reports icon.
3. Select "Ticket Counts".
4. View data for your events.
You can view and export your data. Select the Show Ticket Types toggle to filter data by ticket type.
Sold — Number of paid tickets sold. This does not include any manual or free tickets.
Open — Number of remaining paid tickets available.
Face value — Ticket price you set multiplied by the amount of tickets sold. Does not take fees into account.
Manual — Number of manually-added attendees.
Holds — The amount of held tickets on the event.
Free — Number of free tickets registered.
TIP: Sold, Face value, Manual, and Free are broken down into tickets over all time and tickets created/sold yesterday.
5. Share your reports.
You can also share this report with other people (even if they don’t have an Eventbrite account).
Click View and share cross-org .
Select Log in with Eventbrite and grant permission to "Eventbrite Pulse".
Click Share.
Enter in the email addresses of the recipients.
Optional: Select "Schedule ticket count report email" to set a weekly schedule.
Choose the data and events you want to include.
Click Share. This confirms your settings and sends information on how to view the report to each recipient.
If you set a schedule, then each week, recipients will receive an email with the data you selected.
