Turn off registration transfers
The "Registration Transfers" feature lets attendees transfer to-and-from a ticket or event to another ticket or event. If you've enabled Registration Transfers for your event, but want to disable, return to your Event Dashboard and select Registration Transfers (under Order Options). Then remove the "Registration Transfer" option and save your changes.

Event creators can log into their Eventbrite account here. Then select your event.
2. Select Registration Transfers (under "Order Options).
3. Disable Registration Transfers.
Disabling transfers won’t erase the custom Transfer Settings you set up. While they won’t be active, your settings are preserved in case you decide to reactivate transfers at a later date and time.
Turn off all transfers: Deselect the enabled “Registration Transfer” and “Event Transfer” options.
Turn off transfers for only certain ticket types: Customize your Transfer Settings instead.
