Turn off ticket changes
The Ticket changes feature lets attendees change their registration to another ticket or event. If you've enabled ticket changes for your event, but want to disable, return to your event dashboard and select Ticket changes (under Order Options). Then choose No changes and select Save.

Turning off ticket changes won’t erase the any custom ticket change settings you selected. While they won’t be active, your settings are preserved in case you decide to turn ticket changes back on at a later date.
If you only want to turn off changes for certain ticket types, customize your ticket change settings instead.
How to turn off ticket changes
1. Go to your event dashboard.
Sign in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events . Then select your event.
