Organizing an event

How to see all of your event's financial information with event invoices

Download an event or payout details invoice to see an overview of the fees, tax, and revenue generated for your event. To get started, go to your Event Dashboard and select Orders (under Manage Attendees). Then select Event Invoice or Payout Details.

  • 3. Optional: Click “Event Invoice”.
  • 4. Optional: Click "Payout Details".

NOTE: Event and Payout Details invoices are only available for events collecting in EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or NZD currencies. If your event is collecting in a different currency, refer to your Sales Summary instead.

1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events. Then select your event.

2. Select Orders (under Manage Attendees).

3. Optional: Click “Event Invoice”.

The Event invoice contains an overview of the fees and taxes collected for your event and is available as a PDF. The name on your invoice is pulled from your Organizer Profile, and the address is pulled from your payout method. Event invoices can’t be customized. 

4. Optional: Click "Payout Details".

The Payout Details invoice is available as a PDF. It contains:

  • Gross revenue

  • Fees for Eventbrite services

  • Tax collected

  • Net revenue

  • An itemization of each ticket sold

The name on your invoice is pulled from your Organizer Profile, and the address is pulled from your payout method. Payout Details invoices can’t be customized.

TIP: You will need to download Adobe Reader in order to open and view PDF files.
