Alcademics is the website and beverage education company from cocktails and spirits expert Camper English. Camper teaches hands-on classes including ice diamond cutting, water tasting, and even a San Francisco Cocktail History Tour.
Camper is the author of Doctors and Distillers: The Remarkable Medicinal History of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Cocktails (2022) and The Ice Book: Cool Cubes, Clear Spheres, and Other Chill Cocktail Crafts (2023). He has contributed to publications including Popular Science, Saveur, Details, Whisky Advocate, Drinks International, The Oxford Companion to Spirits & Cocktails, and many more. His work has been cited in at least 30 books.
