We’re back with the second edition of Women in Cybersecurity, building on last year’s inspiring event and bringing new voices, new challenges, and fresh perspectives!
This edition once again brings together accomplished women leaders in cybersecurity to share their professional experiences, challenges, and successes. Our goal remains to highlight diverse career paths, provide authentic perspectives on daily work in the field, and offer practical advice for those interested in cybersecurity careers. Through meaningful discussion, we aim to inspire participants, address barriers to entry, and foster a supportive professional network for women in this growing industry.
🔐 Women in Cybersecurity: Career Journeys & Insights🔐
Kick off the event with Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges, led by the AAU team. These challenges are less technical by design and aim to create an inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives, collaboration, and problem-solving. The goal is to show that cybersecurity is a field open to many different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
After a short break, dive into the world of cybersecurity careers with our inspiring speakers. Hear firsthand about their journeys, daily work, and insights into the industry. This session will feature a panel discussion, giving you the chance to ask your own questions and engage directly with the experts. We’ll wrap up with food and networking, so you can connect with fellow attendees and industry professionals.
