Join us for a 45-minute session designed to introduce you to the Strategic Cybersecurity Talent Framework created by Cyber Skills Gap initiative (initiated by World Economic Forum)

The rapid evolution of cyberthreats has created a growing demand for skilled cybersecurity professionals. However, many organizations and regions face significant challenges in attracting, training and retaining talent. To address this, decision-makers must treat cybersecurity talent management as a strategic priority.

Acknowledging that no single entity can solve this issue alone, the World Economic Forum launched the Bridging the Cyber Skills Gap initiative. Bringing together over 50 public and private organizations, the initiative created the Strategic Cybersecurity Talent Framework, offering practical approaches to help build sustainable talent pipelines.

The framework tackles the following four priority areas:

• Attracting talent into cybersecurity
• Educating and training cybersecurity professionals
• Recruiting the right cybersecurity talent
• Retaining cybersecurity professionals
