Our designers and researchers collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams made up of engineers, product managers, data scientists, UX writers, and more. Together with their cross-functional partners, they help drive the design process and shape a shared understanding of the problem space.

Design at a Peakon consists of multiple teams: Product Design Circles, User Experience Research, Design Systems, and Brand — and our teams have a lot of fun together! We are also part of the larger Workday product and design organisation, but we mostly work on Peakon-related things.
