Can I enter if I arrive later than 18:00?

No, the doors close at 18:00, and it will not be possible to enter after that time.

Is it possible to step outside, for example for a smoke break, during the event?

You are, of course, free to leave the event at any time. However, re-entry will not be possible, as the doors close at 18:00.

There will be light refreshments available for all attendees, such as sandwiches, as well as water and beer during the networking session.
