About this event

These free classes will help you to find your balance, strengthen your body and release tension. Everybody is welcome to join no previous experience is needed! You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we provide them as well.

This Biweekly Yin Yoga class is given by Danique, the other class will focus on Yang Yoga, given by Lisa.
