Join for a rejuvenating yoga class every Tuesday! These classes are a rotation of Hatha, Yin, and Yin/Yang yoga guided by our experienced instructor Danique.

These free classes will help you to find your balance, strengthen your body and release tension.

Everybody is welcome to join no previous experience is needed! You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we provide them as well.
