Silvers is a project of dinners hosted by the senior generation. To give people access to the authentic stories and knowledge of senior people. Based in Copenhagen.

Every Silvers Dinner is hosted by someone who has lived a full life (leading companies, writing stories, building communities, sailing the ocean, raising families, creating movements, travelling around the world) and wants to share what they have learned through time.

Now, they open their homes for a few guests at a time to share a homemade meal and life inspiration.

The next Silvers dinner is on Sunday, May 18, around Lisbet and Michael’s table in Hørsholm.

They are two wise senior leaders who’ve spent a lifetime building, leading, and making things (at all levels). As a married couple who have pushed each other throughout their careers, and now in retirement to pursue their personal passions- they have unique perspectives on life, people, and purpose.

The theme for this dinner is hobbies. Each person brings something to share about what they do outside of work (a project, an object, or just a story), and Lisbet and Michael guide the evening over a homecooked meal.

About Lisbet and Michael:

Lisbet retired some years ago, but before that spent decades leading complex projects in global companies like Shell, Unilever, and IBM. She worked across Europe and the Middle East, guiding leadership teams through change and navigating systems most people never see. She’s always been exact, structured, and very straightforward, in the best way. These days she shapes clay instead of companies. But she still moves with the same clear purpose.

Michael doesn’t rush. He worked in system architecture for nearly two decades- slow, detailed work that suited how his mind works. Now he restores classic mahogany boats, one piece of wood at a time. He still thinks in long arcs. If something’s worth doing, he’ll do it properly, and quietly.

They are two senior people who figured out what works for them through time. And if you’re curious, they’ll probably tell you.
