Intro to the Topic:In an era of technological dependency and multipolar cyber geopolitics, digital and financial sovereignty has emerged as a cornerstone of Europe’s strategic autonomy. The "Euro Tech Stack" represents a concerted effort to construct indigenous digital infrastructure, reduce platform reliance, and assert normative leadership in digital ethics, security, and financial interoperability.
This roundtable will convene leading stakeholders to assess the pathways and policy tools necessary for advancing Europe’s sovereign digital finance agenda. Areas of focus include sovereign cloud infrastructure, pan-European digital identity systems, interoperable regulatory frameworks, and ethical innovation ecosystems. The session will foster strategic alignment and institutional cooperation toward a secure, resilient, and values-driven digital economy.
