RETURN TO SELF is an intimate wellness workshop designed for women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful connection with other women.This guided experience combines conscious conversation, emotional regulation practices, tapping, meditation, journaling, and intentional moments of connection. The workshop is experiential and practical, offering both reflection and embodied practices that participants can integrate into their daily lives.You can expect a calm, supportive, and welcoming environment where nothing is required from you no prior experience is needed, and there is no pressure to perform or share beyond what feels comfortable.The gathering also includes time for gentle networking, allowing space for natural conversation and connection in presence.✨ What to expect: – A warm welcome and grounding opening – A guided talk focused on presence and self-connection – Emotional regulation practices and tapping – A closing meditation and integration – Journaling and conscious connection with other women – Welcome drink, coffee or tea, and light snacksThis experience is designed to leave you feeling more grounded, clear, and connected — both with yourself and with others.📍 Location: 25hours Hotel Copenhagen – Paper Island 🗣 Language: English &amp; Spanish 👥 Group size: Limited to 12 womenCome as you are.
