There’s a big shift coming in how financial data is shared, accessed, and regulated – and it’s something Fintechs can’t afford to ignore. Join us for a 1.5-hour session on Friday, 16th May from 16:00 CET co-hosted with the legal minds at Bruun & Hjejle, where we’ll break down what the new FiDA (Financial Data Access Regulation), PSD3, and PSR really mean for your Fintech.
What we'll discuss in the session
- What does data access look like under FiDA?
- How should Fintechs think about compliance, risk and opportunity?
- What can you actually do to prepare for the new frameworks?
- And what are the Danish quirks to know regarding this?
- And a Friday drink of your choice... 🍷
Who this is most relevant for
- You’re working in/with a Fintech and want to understand where regulation is heading
- You care about how data, competition, and legal frameworks intersect
- You want insights from legal experts who are in it with the banks, the Fintechs, and the regulators (this would be the team from Bruun & Hjejle, 100%)
