Join us for a unique sensory experience bringing together two of the great connectors of the world; wine and mindfulness. Using all of your senses; sight, smell, taste, and even texture, you will be guided in a deep landing into the present. Connecting with your thoughts, feeling, and body in a way that relaxes and refreshes you for the week to come.

During this hour you will be led by trained mindfulness instructor and wine lover, Anneli Bartholdy. The event is run in partnership with Simply Broken, Alfons' Vinbar, and Vintrovert.
