The Leica Akademie can trace its origins back to the founding of the ‘Lehr-Atelier Wetzlar’ (Wetzlar Teaching School) in 1930. This long-standing tradition continues with the Leica Akademie Nordics, based at Leica Store Copenhagen.

Unlock the creative freedom of the Leica SL-System with this introductory workshop, lead by Leica Akademie Manager Alex Archimbaud.Starting with a presentation and introduction, Alex will then show you how the Leica SL-System can transform your workflow for both stills photography and capturing cinema quality video. Taking the lesson outside, you will have a chance to experience this for yourself, with a range of SL-Cameras and lenses provided.This session is perfect for those curious about the SL-System and is open to photographers of any experience level.Please note: Leica SL-Cameras and SL-Lenses will be provided for you to use, please bring a photo ID to loan one for the session.
