In today’s rapidly changing and complex environments, leadership must evolve from individual command to collective capacity. This workshop brings together board members and leaders across sectors to explore how distributed leadership and social learning generate sustainable, real-world value.

Leadership Groups support the distribution of ownership and ensure sustained application beyond the retreat.
