Join us Sunday night to live, laugh, repent for the morally questionable jokes and the involuntary laughter to be had.
End the week at Kompasset. Try your luck at the Open Mic, catch some of the best acts around at the Spotlight Showcase, or watch our improv players make it up on the spot. If you want something a bit rowdier, there’s The Gong, Heckle Mic and a few other nights you won’t find anywhere else in Copenhagen.
Open Mic: Show Up, Go Up
Ever wondered if you could do stand-up? This is the one open mic in town where anyone can get on stage and find out. Sign up through our Linktree or in person on the day.
Just want to watch? That’s fine too. We won’t judge.
Spotlight Showcase
Local and international comedians at the top of their game. Bring a friend and book early, because seats go fast.
The Gong
“The most brutal comedy night in Copenhagen.” – a comedian who got gonged twice
Every comedian has seven minutes to survive. Make it to the end and you walk away with the cash and the bragging rights. Lose the room and you get the gong, and you’re off the stage before you can finish your punchline.
Heckle Mic
For the people who can’t sit still or keep quiet. Here the audience gets to talk back, and the comedians have to keep up. It’s a test of quick wit and even more patience. Hear it, say it, and maybe sort it out.
Improv
Comedy meets theatre, with no script and no plan. Everything you see, from the characters to the story to the dialogue, is made up by the performers on the spot. No two shows are ever the same.
