INTRO TO OSINT
Overview
A hands-on introduction to OSINT (Open-Source INTelligence) techniques, tools, and methodologies for gathering and analyzing publicly available information.
You will learn to analyze (and exploit) widely available information from social media, google (dorking), and geolocation (among others) to investigate real-world cases such as verifying news from media outlets (trust but verify), geolocating black markets trafficking with animals, finding missing people, and more.
During this day, we will cover:
- What is OSINT and its principles
- How to get started
- ... and we will solve multiple challenges
