In her keynote, “Networks, Strategy & Cross-Boundary Collaboration: Leading in a Complex World,” Professor Mors will draw on her 25 years of research on collaboration across boundaries to explore how senior leaders can leverage informal networks and organization design to navigate complexity, drive innovation and growth. She will also touch on timely challenges including diverse teams, remote work, and balancing the tradeoff between growth and strategy implementation.

This event is ideal for alumni working with teams that collaborate across boundaries and those interested in networks, organisational performance, or strategic transformation.

Professor Mors’ research focuses on informal networks, organisational design, innovation, and board dynamics. She has published in top management journals like Strategic Management Journal and Academy of Management Journal, and her research has received mentions by the Harvard Business Review and the Economist.

At CBS, Professor Mors teaches strategy to MBA and executive audiences. Prior to joining CBS, she was on the faculty at the London Business School and completed post-doctoral research at MIT. She currently serves as deputy head of the department of Strategy and Innovation at CBS and as an employee elected member of the CBS board. She has a PhD in Management with a focus on Strategy from INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France.
