ICAD General Assembly 2026

The Irish Culture Association Denmark (ICAD) are very pleased to invite you to join us for the second General Assembly of ICAD, which will take place on Friday 29 May from 17:00 – 19:00 at the Irish Embassy in Østerbro, Copenhagen

Ambassador Kyle O’Sullivan has graciously agreed to host this year’s General Assembly at the embassy, and registration is now open. We kindly ask you to confirm whether or not you will attend by registering by Thursday 21 May.

As we will be voting on matters that will shape the future of ICAD, the ICAD General Assembly is a strictly members-only event. If you know someone who wishes to attend but is not yet a member, please direct them to the membership page on our website and, once signed-up, they will be most welcome to join us.

Each member is entitled to one vote on items presented at the Assembly. The agenda this year will follow the format below (though this may be subject to adjustment):

  • Election of Chair (for General Assembly meeting)
  • Election of Secretary for (General Assembly meeting)
  • Presentation of the Annual report (Chairperson)
  • Presentation and approval of audited accounts (ICAD Treasurer)
  • Approval of membership fees
