Description

“If we design it well enough, perhaps they won’t know it’s a financial service at all”

To realize the potential of digitalization within the financial sector it is important that fintech’s and financial institutions understand and grasp how users interact with apps, services and fintech solutions. Design plays an essential part of the user’s journey in financial services and it is crucial for companies to master the UX and UI experience. This experience typically includes an effective onboarding process, identity authentication, creating transparency through the design, fitting it all on a small screen, etc. – and powerful user-centric products can in many cases make or break it for companies.

At this event, we will take a deep-dive into UX and UI design, the processes behind and look at different successful use-cases.
